The founder, Andre, came from a marketing background and spotted a straightforward gap — hair systems for men were gaining real visibility, particularly in the African American community, but there was no reliable central place to find a qualified specialist. The cities we cover, the specialists we work with, and the way the platform is designed all reflect that focus. He started building. Then men started emailing in, describing what hair loss was actually doing to their lives day to day. That's what kept it going.
